Shipping Destinations

In India, SM serves selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your pincode on the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We also provide international delivery to the following countries:

  • USA
  • Europe
  • Malaysia
  • Australia
  • Middle East
  • Singapore

Note: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Domestic Orders: We provide free shipping within India.

International Orders: For orders shipped outside India, the customer must bear the shipping & handling charges plus any applicable duties at the destination.

Custom Clearance

All shipments of jewelry exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs Office. Products, along with their complete documentation, are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs Office for inspection, examination, and assessment before delivery to your shipping address.

Important: Please ignore the message on the package section that says, “Please do not accept if the package is received in open/tampered condition.” The package will be sealed with a label stating “Opened for Customs.”

Shipping Partner

Our domestic logistics partner is shiprocket , and our international logistics partner is also shiprocket .

Note: For international orders, customers must pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Additionally, custom duties and taxes levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer and paid to the logistics partner at the time of delivery. All consignments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

All registered customers have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order.

Time to Deliver

Delivery time varies according to the destination. We make our best efforts to ensure on-time delivery.

Domestic Orders

  • Products in stock: Delivered within 7 working days from order confirmation.
  • Products to be manufactured: Delivered within 25 working days, unless delayed by governmental authority or related entities.

In case of delays, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed directly to your account through the original payment mode.

Identity Proof Required for Delivery:
Recipients must produce one of the following government-issued photo IDs:

  1. PAN Card
  2. Driving License
  3. Passport
  4. Voter Identification Card
  5. Postal Identification Card (Aadhar)

International Orders

  • Products in stock: Delivered within 20 working days from order confirmation, depending on the destination.
  • Products to be manufactured: Delivered within 35–40 working days, unless delayed by governmental authorities.

In case of delays, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed directly to your account through the original payment mode.

Identity Proof Required for Delivery:
Recipients must produce either a Passport or Driving License.
